Ian
always knows when he has put on too much weight because, like
many, he begins to experience health problems

such problems arising, he immediately turns to the rabbit

not going to make claims about how much weight you will lose

Why?
Because
it's ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to
predict how much weight anyone will lose in any given timeframe.
I
dont plan to show you anything particularly new or radical,
I just plan to use basic healthy dieting and exercise principles
to help you reach your goal.
It
really is mind boggling to some people how quickly you can
lose weight, and build a better body!
Basically
because if everyone trying to do this was just given straight
forward advice on how to eat and train effectively, the supplement
market would go out of business!

supplement market thrives on repeat sales. How many times
would you buy a good quality home gym or set of dumbbells?
Not once every 10 days or so!

dont get me wrong, Im not against supplements.
I do know that some are good quality and will work wonders!
But I also know that they are expensive, and
a well planned diet and exercise program will work just as
many miracles.
I
wrote this book so Ian wouldnt
have to plan all this stuff, and would
be able to fit his diet and exercise routine around his daily
work and home life with minimal disruption.
After
following this program for 6 weeks...
...he
lost a total of 27 pounds, and 3 ½ inches from his
waist!

also built 1½
pounds of muscle, and lost a total of 23
