Anthony is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Author who specialises in Strength Training programs for Fat Loss and Muscle Gain.

Born in 1977, Anthony's first encounter with weight training was at the tender age of 13. Weighing a meagre 98 pounds, and having the strength to match, he was filled with the desire to build a body he could be proud of. As a result, throughout his teenage years and beyond, he soaked up any fitness knowledge and qualifications he could lay his hands on.

Anthony turned his attention towards fitness writing in 2000 with his first publication Sculpting the Perfect Waistline, written as the answer for all those men who shun aerobics and rabbit food diets, and has not stopped since, with Efficient Muscle Building now being his fourth complete course.

After nearly two years working as the fitness editor for UK Men's Health Online, you can now find him on the team at Mansized.co.uk, the new online magazine for men.

With these new outlets as another platform to reach many more fitness minded individuals, he gives straight forward fitness advice to anyone who wants it, through books, articles, or personal consultation.
