Terms and Conditions of use

• We reserve the right to amend the Affiliate Program including the commission rate and Terms and Conditions without notice. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep up to date with the current rate of commission through their account panel and Terms and Conditions through this page.

• Payment is made in Great British Pounds (GBP) via PayPal directly to the affiliates PayPal account on or around the 1st of each month. Commission will be all earned following the last payment, up until that date. How much you receive is subject to the exchange rate on that day to your native currency, and any commission PayPal takes for the conversion. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep up with these pieces of information.

• Affiliates must keep their login information secure at all times. Misuse of the affiliate’s account and any resulting transactions due to failure to do so will be the affiliate’s responsibility. In the event of fraud, we will act on information we deem coming from affiliates, and are not liable to affiliates.

• Affiliates must provide an accurate PayPal email address when signing up and keeping this address up to date through their control panel. Failure to do so will result in payment not reaching the affiliate. In such cases, we are not responsible for those lost funds.

• Affiliates must not use their affiliate ID or advertise PerfectWaistline.com on any site containing prohibited material. This includes sites containing pornographic material, promoting illegal activities, or violent material. Sites promoting Martial Arts are likely to be allowed. Contact support via www.perfectwaistline.com/support.php with your website address if you are in any doubt.

• We reserve the right to close an affiliate’s account without notice if a site used to promote the program is deemed to fall under one of the above categories. Again, if in doubt, contact support at www.perfectwaistline.com/support.php

• Affiliates shall immediately indemnify us against all proceedings, fees, expenses, payments, liabilities, injury, costs and damages, however they arise.

• We may change the terms and conditions of this contract at any time, on the proviso that the change is notified on this website. Changes take effect three days from the date and time of notification.

• Affiliates may open one (1) account only. Affiliates found to have been using more than one account will have their accounts closed immediately without notice, and all accrued revenue forfeited.

• Amounts earned by affiliates must be kept confidential and not disclosed to a third party without prior permission from PerfectWaistline.com.

• Affiliate queries will only be dealt with in writing. In the event of a dispute between an affiliate and PerfectWaistline.com, our decision is final and absolute.

• Affiliates must keep regular backups of all data. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of the system or services provided. No responsibility will be taken for loss of service or data for any reason, due to but not limited to server failures, hacking, fire, flood, acts of God, theft, whether or not PerfectWaistline.com or its staff were responsible. No compensation will be given for such incidents.

• We recognise that the Cookie-based technology we use is not capable of tracking 100% of potential sales. However, this has been taken into account in determining the commission percentage payable and no claims will be entertained in this respect as a result.
